He printed the label, so that the item appears to ship and so he is in compliance with eBay shipping protocols BUT doesn’t actually ship the item. Zero contact from him. I had to reach out multiple times before being told it would ship 10 days after payment. I would sum up this transaction as very unprofessional. Shoes were good and he did give me a $10 credit.
