I offered to return the items or record a quick video showing they were inoperable. Seller was satisfied with the video and stated he would issue a refund. Overall I was very pleased with the response and refund, unfortunately I’m going to have to find replacements but I am overall happy. Great Service!

      Perfect upgrade for an old Dell R730 (while the H740P mini is for the R740, it is perfectly accepted into the r730 and runs without issue. Good upgrade if it's managing you am storage.
