    Great Ebayer! Items arrived quickly and as described and pictured. Unfortunately both access points were DOA “dead on arrival”. Messaged seller and got a reply back in under a minute or two. I offered to return the items or record a quick video showing they were inoperable. Seller was satisfied with the video and stated he would issue a refund. Overall I was very pleased with the response and refund, unfortunately I’m going to have to find replacements but I am overall happy. Great Service!

When it was dropped off, it was very late on a Friday which resulted in the carrier not moving it until Monday. In contrast another item purchased at the same time originating from the same place came on Sunday. This item did not come until next Thursday.
