        Buyer too stupid to understand description: 'Comes with 3 empty programmable cartridges and cable. Unsure of working condition. Selling as is for parts not working. No returns. Please make sure you know what this is before buying'. Cartridges are empty. buyer is supposed to know they need programming by someone who knows what they're doing. Buyer expected to plug them in and see them working without programming them.

        Worked, hoped for more

        I was hoping this would help me enable Key-less Lock Entry. It did access the CTM on my '02 Dakota, but not locks. I expect this is outside the normal scope of the Snap-on equipment. Thank you for the device, I'm sure it will come in handy in the future, on a different problem. Will keep a lookout for a DRBIII or better.
