The seller was super on top of shipping and was great at responding. But the item was not as described. Seller accepted return. When confronting the seller he said "the item has no damage, but I believe you". How about take responsibility. Seller listed item as New. New means sealed. This item was not only unsealed.. but opened and the packaging was damaged far from new condition + THE FIGURE WAS DAMAGED! For my use it's fine, I don't need a mint item and I can clean it, but given the discrepancy, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller and would not purchase from them again.
