Was shipped in a large box with plenty of protection and padding. The game contained all items and pieces that would come with the game under normal circumstances. If you want a collector's piece, the damaged box may not be for you, but if you just want a chance to own the new Hero Quest and play a fun game, this seller offers you more than your money's worth.

      The item was as described. I got a great value for the price I paid. Truly, the item was worth way more than the asking price. It was packaged nice and snug in the box. Shipping was a joke, but that was not the sellers fault. They actually shipped the item right away. It made it to CA. In two days, but Fed Ex in CA. Is a joke. It took over 2 weeks to travel a little over 200 miles in CA. Again, this was Fed Ex fault, not the sellers. I was happy with the item and would buy from the seller again.

      I am happy with this product.

      It is of good quality. Just like my original Microsoft controllers. The hard wire cable port is different. I just have to get the right configuration- or connecting port style cable. I am using batteries until I get the right cable.

      Sent multiple controllers with the same problem

      I bought my controller and after using it for about 30 minutes found that it had an unavoidable drift issue. They offered to send a replacement and they did send one. Another controller with a drift issue. Then they sent Another one, again a drift issue. Each time they tell me to check the settings in the games I'm playing, tell me that they can't find anything in the app they use, but if I use this controller it will inevitably become unusable because I don't want to stare straight up all the time.

      Very Satisfied!

      Controller came in a few days early. The box was a little damaged but the controller was perfectly fine. Came with a pack of batteries. Looks and feels brand new. Paired up right away and I’ve had no issues so far. Would buy again!

      Best gift ever!!!!

      This is single handily the best bang for my buck EVER! It was reasonably priced, excellent quality, easy to purchase, and I’m now the coolest mom ever because my son thought this was the best gift ever. I just brought two more as gifts. If your wondering if you should buy these I’m here to tell you... DO IT!!!!

      Must have device for PC gaming or Xbox Series X.

      I love using the controller on my computer as well as the XBox. The one thing I will comment here is that it was listed as "New in box" but it in fact had been opened and possibly used as was evident from the fact that there was no manual or warranty information which is typically in the box and the batteries were already installed in the controller... Not really a big deal but people should just tell it like it is.
