        Learn to ferment like the Noma

        Great reference book. Takes you through the processes and discoveries of the chefs at Noma. How they use the process and result in their Michelin Restaurant menu. The book covers the basics of fermentation and it's process. Includes several of their in-house recipes that have made them famous.

        In-depth fermentation recipes and information

        Great book with a lot of good information on fermentation. Very unusual recipes. Goes further into fermentation than just sauerkraut, bread and pickles. Highly recommend if you are an avid fermenter.
