Was shipped in a large box with plenty of protection and padding. The game contained all items and pieces that would come with the game under normal circumstances. If you want a collector's piece, the damaged box may not be for you, but if you just want a chance to own the new Hero Quest and play a fun game, this seller offers you more than your money's worth.

    The item was as described. I got a great value for the price I paid. Truly, the item was worth way more than the asking price. It was packaged nice and snug in the box. Shipping was a joke, but that was not the sellers fault. They actually shipped the item right away. It made it to CA. In two days, but Fed Ex in CA. Is a joke. It took over 2 weeks to travel a little over 200 miles in CA. Again, this was Fed Ex fault, not the sellers. I was happy with the item and would buy from the seller again.

    Great controller anything guess heavy use will ware out.

    Product is awsome. Iv gotten a refurbished 1 that 1 bumper went on it never really worked. Bought a brand new 1 that lasted good 1 or 2 of heavy use the joystick to click started to not work so well. Now i bought this one and works flawless at the moment just like them just quality seems little iffy but great other wise

    Check the thumb sticks

    Well the overall product was great but mine has a left stick drift that causes me to tighten it every couple of minutes of use which gets pretty annoying during high impact games!

    Premium feel, Good Quality

    After a couple months I'm thoroughly pleased. I'm very hard on the sticks so this was a good buy. Out of the box you get a premium feel in comparison to standard Xbox Series controllers. I've no use for paddles as it's just my preference to keep it traditional for input. I haven't used any of the customizability features other than the trigger responses but overall highly recommend. I wanted to eliminate buying a new controller every year due to stick drift. I don't drop my controllers, there's only one user and I play predominantly NBA 2K. Battlefield and Halo.
