Packaged well and delivery guy carried the heavy rug into the exact room I wanted it. The colours of the rug were a bit different to the photo but in my case it worked out and I loved the colour. Also, don’t forget there might be extra customs duties to pay depending on where you are shipping it to. Highly recommend this company.

The colour is true to the photo and is a lovely kind of moss green. It was very interesting tracking its journey all the way from Uttar Pradesh, which we didn't realise is known as rug town or city. I was worried about the packaging not holding up, but it was triple wrapped and sent via Fed Ex and arrived in perfect condition, other than a couple of rumples, which is to be expected. Well done and thank you!
