It is actually blue and white all over, and very thin, which is why it appears to be black and white on the mannequin. While the description did say blue and white, the pictures painted a different story and in my mind…. The flat would show blue and white and I stated the colors in the listing. I try hard to give an accurate description of my items and take lots of pics both on and off the mannequin.
