Item arrived very quickly and well packaged in bubble wrap. The T460 I received was as described. It was a very clean unit with no noticeable defects. Seller was very responsive and accommodating to my requests (Bios/Computrace check). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Wish all purchases went as smooth as this one. 10/10 will definitely order again.

Received with MUCH SHIPPING DAMAGE, caused by improper packing. Carton way to small, with improper, and insufficient packing material. Nineteen inch item in carton measuring nineteen and one quarter of an inch. Seller did issue refund, promptly, and without a hassle. Kudos to the seller on that. Hopefully the seller will learn how to pack items properly.
