Just replaced my 2012 15'' Retina MBP (after 4 years it is still like new, it's just too "heavy" for my needs) with this computer, I love it. I'm getting used to the keyboard, after years and years of using the old, this feels different at first. Only thing is, this computer is overpriced. At the same price you can get a same-year 13" Retina MBP, more powerful, but doesn't share the same portability. Am I noting a difference from my "old" 2012 MacBook Pro? On daily tasks -heck - I am not. Of course if you're a professional computer user, this is not for you. Other way, go get this one.

Amazing little computer!
I'm a software developer so i needed a computer that could handle Xcode for iOS development, it runs pretty smooth, the power of this little laptop is amazing, everything loads ultra fast, the speakers are AWESOME, seriously, they sound amazing, best speakers i heard in any laptop, i'm also developing in PHP some projects, so i have setup virtual hosts with some Laravel projects, and everything run smooth, no lag at all, the keyboard is also pretty fast to get used to

Great laptop for light on the go programming work
I’m a sophomore in college and I love this thing for how easy it is to carry around to and from class. I wasn’t in need of a super powerful machine because I have a pretty powerful desktop at home, but for in class it’s really nice to have a super light and semi-powerful laptop to do my coding work on. Would recommend.

Should have got a Mac years ago!
I did a lot of research while looking for a new laptop. I had it narrowed down to three models and was actually in the process of buying a Dell but the discount they advertised was applicable on that model so I didn't go through with the purchase. I am so glad I waited and went with the Mac. I have only used PC since I was in middle school and thought MacOS would be hard to learn. Boy was I wrong - within a few hours of usage I felt like I had a pretty good understand of how to do most basic functions. If you're a fan of other Apple products...complete the ecosystem and get a Mac!
