Item arrived wrapped in bubble wrap in inside a box undamaged. This items description said a "refurbished" I-phone 7. Item arrived with a battery completely dead. Phone was not clean and I spent a half hour trying to clean what appeared to be sticky black sludge off of every surface. I would expect a refurbished phone to be fully clean and ready to go. I replaced my previous 7 because I was having charging port issues. To have the new phone show up this dirty does not fill me with confidence!

I did read the description wrong. Item was not a refurbished phone. Description said they test all phones before they are shipped. My phone arrived with a dead battery. I received a threat from the seller as follows: New message from: solarcprod I have to report our phone as stolen, if you don't remove your comment. I have the imei of the phone we sent you as 356557088732010. I am giving you 48hrs to remove the feedback before I contact Apple to blacklist the phone. T

You didn't purchase a refurbished phone. What you purchased was a used phone in fair (6/10) condition. We have video proof that there was no dirt on the phone. You made that up to get some money back and pushed it with a negative feedback so we went a head and report our phone as stolen (if you actually received a dirty phone, obviously it was not ours, but I know you are lying). I also have reported your account for misusing the feedback to receive what we never promised
