Item arrived in condition described. Shipping was fast. I did text seller about my preference of receiving a "Springfield Armory" made piece, though any US manufacturer would have been fine. I didn't get a response on the text, but they did send a "SA" part. Probably just the luck of the draw, because they shipped it so fast. I don't think they even saw the text. These are "as is" parts that are unserviceable for a working Garand. I am making a non-firing shortened M1 "G", so this was perfect.
