The product was exactly as described and it brews great espresso. It came without the manufactures packaging. However for the price or even better money saved it is a great value. The unit actually brews faster than the specs state and makes several espresso in a row with no problems at all. The steam wand is easy to use and produces a lot of very hot steam. The tilting action of the wand is a big plus. I could find no faults with this unit (faults based on price range) and I believe it was the best value in it's price range.

Great espresso machine for the price
This machine is great. It comes with everything needed to start brewing excellent coffee at home. It includes both pressurized and unpressurized filter baskets, which is a plus given its price point. The Duo Temp Pro makes great espresso at its right temperature. I say this because I have read that some people had issues with the coffee not coming as hot as supposed to be. But in my case the temperature is always right. Now, regarding the steam wand it works flawlessly and creates really good quality silky milk for cappuccinos and lattes. And it also includes a milk frothing pitcher, which is a nice touch from Breville. Overall I am really happy with the product and definitelly would recommend it.

Excellent price for a solid entry level machine
Can’t beat the rebuilt price even when on sale. Other than the “rebuilt” tape that was on the box it looks brand new, all shipping bags foam etc look intact and impeccably clean. Rapid shipping as well. Only used a few times so far, seems to work well. The steaming wand is NOT a Panarello so it does require a bit more skill, but apparently provides more control once you get used to it. Machine does not time the shots, so you need to pay attention and stop manually, but again give you more control. Kit also includes the pressurized and non-pressurized baskets, again giving more options once you learn the basics. Portafilter feels solid, albeit an odd 54mm size. Only possible “negative” so far, and quite understandable at that price, is that it is a bit noisy when purging, and using the steaming wand. No late night lattes, but that’s not a bad thing, really.

A great budget espresso for coffee snobs
I really like this machine, although it is a slight downgrade from my last Breville but much more affordable. It is a little noisy when it's turned on and the steamer takes some getting used to. Otherwise all is very good! Came clean and packaged like it was new. Thanks!

An expresso machine that works!
This was purchased as a replacement for quite an expensive yet similar machine that had provided what I thought was good service. (It lasted 10 years of periodic use). However, this machine makes much better coffee and creates a better frothed milk too. We like it, and if it lasts 10 years we will be even happier! Candocald.
