It's a single-boiler system, so you can't steam milk and make espresso simultaneously. But that's a small price to pay for a machine that incorporates the pre-infusion concept to negate channeling and, in my opinion, makes coffee as good as that of consumer-grade tank machines that cost double the retail price. If you can catch a deal, all the better. One has to acquire a knack for making good espresso. Use high-quality coffee. If you grind your own beans, experiment with the "fine" section on your grinder. Get a feel for tamping pressure. Experiment with frothing. Watch a few videos. Once you "get it," you'll be pleased with the coffee the Infuser produces. My tastebuds are ordinary, but my wife is a super taster, and she says the straight shots of espresso, as well as the milk variations––cappuccino, etc––coming from the Infuser are the equal of coffees we get in caffés in Italy. That's high praise from a 400-500-dollar machine. It's also a handsome machine. Looks good in the kitchen. We have the all-stainless model.

10/10 coffee taste....happy with our choice...As long as you clean and riinse the machine as instructed...Not difficult at all.
The Two cup (dual wall) coffee dispenser that came with this machine, does not work! It does not reach the pressure range.....So I have had to order another 2 cup wall.
LOVE LOVE LOVE my infuser
This machine is simply fantastic. Once i learned (and im still learning ) about all the variables such as filter choice grind settings coffee bean freshness etc this makes wonderful espresso. I also love the hot water outlet as i use this alot when making tea and americanos. You must treat this machine good though and keep it clean with the tablets that i bought seperate. I do a cleaning cycle once a week with the tablets. Buy this machinr its wonderful
I literally could not wait till I got this machine. I did my research, believed this was the one for me, and it was. It shipped in a timely when it said it would, was in one piece without any dents, and still works beautifully so far. I recommend anyone starting to pull their own espresso to get this machine since it had all the functions that I wanted for my first time making my own lovely tasting fresh espresso. Obviously I still get excited when I think about my machine.
