This Power Outage Module is an inverter that hooks up to a customer-supplied battery. The listing specified the customer must supply the battery preferably a deep-cycle battery.

The box had a Amazon label on it, so I looked it up and Amazon had it for $100 less than you charged me. Supply and demand I guess. You burned me once. I had looked on Amazon for it when I purchased it from you. I didn't see it there. It just hurts to be taken advantage of. Never again! I gave you a positive and all the stars even though you don't deserve it. Why did it take you a month to order it. The paper work inside the box shows you had just ordered it two days ago. Ya, I'm angry.

Item was discontinued by manufacturer and it was discovered Amazon was selling a closeout of the same item at a discount. So we reluctantly ordered it at last resort and made sure the customer got the item.. Will offer $100 discount to the customer. Item is no longer available.

Seller could not produce the product we ordered. He said he would send a tracking number several times. He said he had to find another supplier. When we finally got the product it didn't have the cables with it. We asked for an RMA to return it for refund but he insists not to do that. He said he had to order cables from third company.

Supplier ran out of inventory and never notified us. When finally found they could not ship, we proceeded to find an alternate supplier and shipped it. The alternate suppier's module did not have cables, so we had to find another supplier for cables also. We made no money of this deal. Seller should have commended our effort to serve him ... instead he just complained. Unfair. This is a sign of the times with Covid-19, there are shortages of supplies and labor all over the country.
