    Good Product

    Good Product. I do, however, have to adjust the amount of water called for in the recipe. The amount of water in the recipe never makes a good batter for me. I have tried other brands, and, this tastes most like authentic New Orleans beignets. The box that I received had an expiration date that is several months away, and, the mix is fresh.

    Disappointed purchase....

    I have used this product many times in the past and was so looking forward to it again. Product was received in a timely manner, however, couldn't imagine why they were so terrible once I made them for a breakfast brunch. This was an outdated product - 2017 expiration date. In the trash my wonderful beignets went..

    A Taste of Home!!

    This stuff is amazing and simple to make. We live in California, so getting authenthic food from Louisiana is a little hard to find. I bought 3 boxes and I am definitely going to buy more. The beignets come out so perfect everytime.
