    Shipping and packaging was all fine. And value was fine but there was something wrong. Simply put, the stamps were not as described. They were the "a" variety and not the main stamps as vendor listed. However, vendor did refund my money and said I should keep the stamps. There were no questions or hassle about this problem, so communication was fine. Although I would have preferred getting the correct stamps vendor has least made me whole.
