Good Value, Needs Some Tweaks to Make It Work
This kit is a pretty good value. The only issues are the air filters are the wrong shape/size for my Ryobi air filter housing, and my gas tank has holes for the same size fuel and return lines. The fuel line size isn't an issue because there is plenty of length of both sizes. I did have to tweak the high speed setting on the carb, which required a "pacman" carb adjustment driver which was different from the "spined" adjustment screw on the stock carb. For the price, and assuming anyone buying this is mechanically inclined and can solve the problems, I think this is a good kit.This kit is a pretty good value. Great Carb. Filters and Prime bulb are great too.
It fit great! The adjusting screws were different than our old carb. Fortunately I had a tool that would work. I did not change the settings however. The weed eater started on the first pull and idled perfectly! There was only one hole in the throttle cable cam plate where my old carb had four. Using the provided hole worked perfectly!

Don’t bother rebuilding buy it
It literally was plug and play. I ended up buying 2 others, another ryobi and a stihl. Now all 3 work perfectly. And using Trufuel so no more clogged carbs.
