Functional yet stylish watch
Just a simple clock, excellent of it's kind. The display is perfectly readable for me, despite the invert type, the matte black case is stylish and not too large. I bought it for a set and forget clock, because my other one is cracked and it is a perfect replacement. The auto el illuminator is working fine - I find myself to turn the auto mode off in the darkroom - only fo film developing - just in case. I prefer the functions over the stylish look (the other watch i watching is a Powerwatch 2), but it has both.Just a simple clock, excellent of it's kind. What’s good is it’s solar so never needing a battery. Because it’s in the CasiOak family or so, there’s many ways to optimize it look. Wish it while being able to connect to a smart phone, would pick-up where my iWatch counts steps, and health. A bit disappointed that it only uses the smart feature to check in to update it’s own time and doesn’t alway stay connected. It should or I’m doing something incorrectly. Quality g-shock
While it's definitely not the most affordable g-shock, I believe it's worth the price premium. I wanted solar capability and love the look of the reverse display. The multi band capability is icing on the cake. JDM g-shocks are also a bit more desirable. I did not buy this with any intention of investment and I plan to wear it hard. Great watch, tough, solar, and bright
I have a lot of watches.... Too many... This one I fell for because it is a gshock and solar charged. I chose bright yellow so that it will be visible when kayaking. This is not atomic, and that is ok... It will sync time off of your phone via Bluetooth. You can also use it to make your phone beep when you misplace it. I like simple, so I would have preferred it even more if it didn't have the digital display... I'm not planning on using that. When I'm kayaking I'm not checking email and chats messages and that kind of stuff I just want to see what time it is. I am very happy with this, I look forward to many years of using it.
