Ordered two motors received one and the flimsy package was open. Went around in circles with the seller in China with them finally saying they didn't have any more motors (all destroyed or something to that effect). This while they were still selling them on ebay. They did refund the cost so a neutral rating instead of negative. Communication in English is the problem here.
