chamfer cutter seems good but carbide seems "questionable'

They look great however the jury is still out because the carbide may not be that good of grade. I used it once so far for a basic cautious chamfer with me staring right at it feeding slow--but I noticed afterwards it was chipped at the point of contact where the chamfer was cutting. That being said they are useful and the price is low.
