Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    Love it

    Simple to use, container makes set up easy though you can use with pan you already have You have to be patient to use this type cooking but the results soooo worth it. Like waiting on a slow cooker all day but better. This brand is made by Breville which is one of the top brands. Exact same quality. I do not know why it has this different brand name

    It’s my second Joule

    I purchased my 1st Joule Sous Vide on eBay NIB over a year ago. It has managed to function properly so far. I wanted to cook more than one thing at a time. Price was a factor. I took a chance on a used model. Coincidentally it was the rare Rose Gold Edition and so I took the chance. After several attempts the unit is now functioning flawlessly.

    I love the size. It's smaller than its competition and simple to use.
