I chose to order this after reading a library copy. I do not buy books without a physical reading or exceptional recommendation. This book fills the need for developing a low bodily impact walking technique and ideas to correct improper walking form. It has already improved my walking experience. I also appreciate that I do not have to adopt Chi in order to use the program although references to it are present throughout the book.
