BAIT AND SWITCH, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Seller says you’ll receive a bookmark similar to one pictured - mine was nothing like it. In trying to resolve with company, they took days to reply w/o a solution. A request to re-purchase the one I wanted (they won’t exchange) has gone unanswered. Seller requires buyer to pay for return shipping, taking away almost the whole refund. I tried to be fair, but seller clearly doesn’t care. Do NOT recommend unless you enjoy frustration.
