Product arrived as listed. Only minor complaint I have is the hard drive is audibly clicking and after running some tests it’s not going to last more than 6 months to a year. I wish they had an option to opt out of a hard drive and OS altogether. On a more positive note the package arrived early and packed securely. It’s clean inside and out and worked as expected. Overall I would buy from them again

The computer arrived extremely fast and once the box was opened, I was impressed. It actually looks brand new. Windows booted up with no problem and all of my 'regular' programs loaded with ease. The only issue I had with it was that the ad stated wi-fi adapter, which I thought it came with but did not. A minor complaint. Otherwise, so far so good.
