The item was shipped fast and looked to be new the batteries were corroded in the item not company falt that sold the product fast that was done at factory plastic was never lnstalled to make connection for product not to turn on during shipment at any rate they were very help full and returned my money good reputable company will by from them again really great today with thank you

This seller is awesome!!! I ordered the costume a week before Halloween. When it arrived the hat was missing from the package. I emailed to ask if they could provide a replacement. They responded within an hour and said they would make it right. They then overnighted another costume so we would have it in time for Halloween!
