Overall it's not horrible. Definitely a selective type of purchase.
Ok so I received this item and it did not have this cover. It's a cover of a guy in a car with a girl and they're kissing. Not a big deal but also be aware that in does not come in a hard case. It's a box with a stack of dvds in slip cases. Again not a big deal as the only real reason I got it was to watch "Don't Open Till Christmas" due to being a horror fan of the 80s movies. Also be aware that every half hour or so the movies will display the name of the company that made these dvds I believe. Again not a big deal but just some oddities I felt strong enough to write a review about. The quality of the sound and pictures are average at best but these are pretty rare old movies so again I didn't really have a problem with that.Ok so I received this item and it did not have this cover. Before the time of direct to video movies, B movies were released to drive in theaters or similar locations. This collection includes B movies of most types including adventure, comedy and horror movies. Ratings from G to R and several are old enough to have no ratings. A few have well known actors, but the stars of most are relatively unknown. If you enjoy the B movies, these are great. If you do not get a kick out of this type movie, this collection is not for you. If you like the old drive-in movies...
This collection was purchased for my brother, but I've had the chance to take a look at it since. It was really created for a niche market of those who love the old Hollywood movies. By today's standards these may not be up to snuff, but they're especially good if you've got a good sense of humor about the whole thing. Great movie collection of old and older movies for the lover of odd and "bad" movies. If you like cheesy special effects, bad acting and if you can handle bad picture quality and poor sound, then you will enyoy this collection. It's a great box for movie collectors and fans of B- and C-movies. A lot of these films are not on TV anymore.
