This product arrived quickly and came in great condition! The packaging was very safe (wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into an envelope with more bubble wrap.) I had no difficulty taking out the bottom ball of the piercing. I suck at putting it back on in my face but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product. It exceeded my expectations and I recommend it.
