    Valley Hatch Cover Replacement

    Not nearly as heavy as the original. Strong rim seal keeps compartments dry. Top material looks to be less UV sensitive than originals. Time will tell on longevity. Hopeful as I was very disappointed with the original covers failure despite multiple treatments with 303.

    Sealed up tight!

    Finally! A hatch cover that fits tight and doesn’t start degrading soon after it’s on the kayak. The harder, denser plastic used for the cover resists UV and saltwater degradation, wile the rubber rim grips tight. I’m getting another one for the other hatch soon!
