Would be positive feedback IF the parts had actually been shipped when the tracking number was given. I waited a day or two after the parts were to arrive & was told "I actually remember packaging and shipping this!" Well, they did "resend" the parts BUT used the same tracking number!! Literally, didn't even TRY TO COVER THEIR MISTAKE!! Seller did do a full refund after package did arrive. Ordered from this seller due to their 100% positive feedback rating. Won't do that again.

To our customers. We are a family owned business that has been selling on eBay for 21 years. Our feedback speaks for itself. Most people understand the post office is a real mess these days. Packages are often lost & not scanned into the system. It's an unfortunate reality. We reused the shipping label in this case, because we paid for the it. Why would we not want to get out money's worth? In the end, the customer received the merchandise AND a refund. Most people would enjoy this resolution!
