No contact whatsoever before leaving negative feedback. A simple phone call could have resolved this issue. Had you contacted us we would have made it right. We always take care of our customers. This is a shipping issue out of our control. Negative feedback hurts a seller and should never be used as a first response especially when the shipper caused the issue, and you never informed us to give us a chance to correct it. We have done nothing negative to you. Communication is key to a solution.
