Jewel Quest keeps getting better!
This has to be the best of the Jewel Quest "match three" games so far! (I do not care for the Jewel Quest "hidden object" games!) Story line is good although not always historically accurate, and for unknown reasons they keep using the word "ancestors" instead of "descendants". The graphics are also good. The jewel-swap play is excellent, starts with a tutorial because there are a few new modes. You don't have lives to lose in this one, so you can just keep trying. If you really can't get a board, after a number of tries you can opt for extra time. You can get through the game without using extra time, but some of them may take a number of tries. Then, with everything solved, you get unlock "expert mode". This gets really challenging and you do not get to just sail through. I think this ... Love Jewel Quest
I chose to buy Jewel Quest Heritage because I enjoy playing previous versions. I like the way you find puzzle pieces that have to be put together to reach further levels. I like the various challenges that appear as you progress up the family tree. It makes the game more interesting and challenging than just doing a lot of basically the same thing in each level. The first Jewel Quest I played was Jewel Quest 1 as a free game with ads. I then found Jewel Quest 2, also free with ads. Finally, I had the extra money to actually buy the games and do without the ads. Great game
I have all the jewel quest games and each one is very good. The puzzles keep changing and I like the new challenges a lot in this game. There is a board that only drops down a few at a time and the rest are clear but you can see what is coming up. I'm not explaining it well- but that's new and fun. If you liked the first 2- you'll love this also.
