I’m 5’4 & it’s hard finding a good length jump rope, this can be adjusted & It felt so light as if i didn’t have anything in my hand. I love it.

Great rope, mediocre handles.

The rope has a good quality, and if it was slightly thicker, it would’ve been great. I wish the handles were as good as the rope. My height is 6.00 and the ropes fits me while adjusted to it’s maximal lenght. I believe it would not be convenient for anyone over 6.4 or 6.5. Altogether, it’s a fair value for the price.

Excellent item

It’s the perfect most affordable jumping rope for high intensity interval cardio, I had a regular one but wasn’t comfortable nor effective because it was made of plastic and once you store it, you can’t use it because it get that spiral shape, as opposed to this one that has a wire inside and keeps the right shape. Highly recommend! Thanks

The best jumping rope , no struggles for me anymore

Well since I started to go in the gym I always had struggles using different kinds of jumping ropes the problem was always the handles . Usually most of them did slip from my hands by jumping more than 3-5 minutes so when I got pumped up the rope slipped and screwed my training , so this one that I bought is awesome it really doesnt slip from your hands . It is long enough for me so I can adjust it and enjoy my time at gym . I recommend this product !
