I just got around to pairing this unit with my IPod Nano (3rd Generation) and my Jabra 75t wireless earbuds. It only took a few seconds to set up and the controls on my earbuds work with this Bluetooth device and the IPod so I am able to have full functionality (Play/Pause/Volume/Next Track/etc). As the device is so small, it adds very little to the device footprint. Overall, it was an excellent investment rather than moding my IPods (IPod Classic and IPod Nano (6th Gen). Quick Ship as well.
