    The item arrived in a different size! The item is beautiful absolutely love it wish it was the right size. I contacted the seller to see if they would fix it and they will not respond to me. I’m so upset the shipping time took forever as well! Seller communication is to be something wished for. The shoes are not wide. The shoes are skinny. I don’t even even know if the next size up would fit and that’s the biggest size.

    We do accept return and exchange. I responded and accepted the buyer's return request and confirmed address, but buyer closed the request on their own. If you have a size concern, you may contact me before you place the order and we can suggest about it. Our size is not wide fit size, we never stated that, but they are not narrow. And We did ship the order on time and within our estimated shipping time.
