A really great shopping experience. Had an odd shipping issue arise. Items were damaged in a manner that seemed to defy logic. Some sort of accelerated aging had occurred within the package causing the plastic portions of the items to crumble and disintegrate. Very strange. Contacted merchant and was greeted with a super friendly customer service agent. The agent looked into the issue, and immediately took charge to correct the issue. I received a total replacement of all damaged goods.
