    Not the most convenient battery case.

    This is an "okay" battery case. I don't like the fact that it is very slippery and shows fingerprints. I also don't like the fact that you have to use a separate charging cable, if you don't use wireless charging. It is also thicker than I expected and it causes my iPhone X not to fit on a wooden charging base that I have. I requested a return.

    Only provides 1/2 of a charge.

    Claims to give 1.5 charges to the iPhone X - it only gives 1/2 charge. I had a Mophie before for a different phone that worked really well. This one does not.
