The game case is not “NEW”. The way they word it to is hard to understand but they’re saying the disc is “NEW” and it comes with the case and manual. The case I received has some damage to it and isn’t in the plastic wrap indicating it’s clearly “NEW”. The guitar has some scuffs on it or like it rubbed against something on the neck part. It appears the guitar/microphone/drum set is “NEW” but again with certain things on it, it’s hard to tell. Could’ve been stored and tossed around over the hears
