I ordered this for myself so my granddaughter and I could play babies together. At first I was a bit skeptical since I had seen dolls just like this one for 5 times the price, but I decided to take a chance. She arrived within just a few days and when I opened the package I was elated to see this beautiful baby girl who looked so life like that it actually made me a little emotional. I ordered several outfits for my baby now playing with my granddaughter is so much more fun, now that my baby looks so much like my real ones did :) I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I bought two of these dolls for my twin granddaughters. Was so excited to get these dolls. Opened one and immediately saw how the neck is bent forward. It is not flexible. You can turn the head. It is made like,you are cuddling a baby. Hard to put clothes on. Legs don’t stretch. This doll will not lay flat. I found this doll on another site. $25.00 cheaper and free shipping. Also saw this doll in Toys r us and Walmart. Not worth the money. Baby looks real. Picture doesn’t do this doll justice. Back to putting clothes on . The dolls head popped off. Cheap made. Yes you can send it back. And I heard from another customer there is a restocking charge. Don’t waste your money. This doll is not worth what I paid. It's not flexible, a child can't dress the doll since the legs and arms don't bend and head does not move from it's bent position. As an adult collector of dolls this one looks cheap. The color of the skin is pink as a shrimp. This doll is not for a child or for a collector. I would love to return it but they charge a 20% restocking fee and shipping fee. I'm a very unsatisfying customer.This doll is not worth what I paid. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a baby doll for my 3 year old daughter at her age, so I bought this one. I won't give it to her until Christmas, but I'm in love with it myself! Its not as flexible and life like as the reborns, but it still could pass as a real baby just from its facial features! Its absolutely precious and can't wait for my daughter to open it at Christmas!
