Inexpensive alternative but is it worth it
it's absolutely low grade and of inferior quality to the official grip from nikon. The plastic build on this thing is second rate at best, and the picture doesn't even match the actual product because the dial has white arrows on it which makes me thing it's a older generation version. On top of all that my nikon doesn't recognize the second battery as an extension but instead has me take off the grip to realize the battery inside the camera is still full which is ridiculous. All that being said I'm keeping mine for the price but would go official or of better standard than this.it's absolutely low grade and of inferior quality to the official grip from nikon. Shutter release inconsistant - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't
The shutter release is inconsistent, sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't. The two control wheels (thumb wheels) are just as sporadic. I have a Nikon D750. This is bugging me enough to buy a different grip :(
