Loving my PRIV!
The slide out keyboard has made my life so much easier. I was worried this phone would be too heavy, but it is extremely well balanced and I haven't dropped it once (yet)! Definitely an upgrade from my last phone, which, despite being the same size, I dropped all the time. The PRIV is significantly more comfortable to hold in my hand and is far easier to keep my grip on. Battery life is pretty standard. Requires daily charging, but seems to charge up pretty quick so it isn't really much of a chore. Speakers are good quality and not too fuzzy, which is nice! Camera is the same. Doesn't have the same vibrance as my Samsung did, but that is an easy fix. High megapixels make for a high quality photo--with the right tweeking it can look like some seriously professional shots. Love it!!

A Blackberry with Android!! Yep
Managed to get this priv and have had for almost 2 months... So Far the only major problem I have is the Bluetooth Connections, they come in and out too frequently, but when still I can here and the other end can hear clearly (odd). Also so very choppy. The device arrived as expected from the documentation from the ad. So I replaced the glass protection screen with a brand new one and so far so good. The book cover was fine but prefer the framed cover. So far so good.

I am happy with my purchase. The phone was as described. I'm transitioning from a blackberry classic, and am a long time cracberrier. This phone is a huge adjustment being the android system. But I'm glad that the phone still has a keyboard because I have sweaty palms and it doesn't go well with an all touch screen phone. I have a phone case which makes the size of the phone a little wider and doesn't fit in the hip case unless you remove it. However, the phone came in top new condition with all the essentials. Thank you much!

Old Priv to new Priv
I had dropped and cracked the screen on my previous Priv. So, this one is a major improvement. The shadow seems to be from the screen protector, which I am glad they included. It darkens the screen a little, that can be overcome by using the brightness level in Settings - Display - Brightness. Other than that this phone performs just like the old one. I like it.

Slide-out keyboard for the holdouts!
I loved my slide-out keyboard on my old Samsung 425g feature-phone. Sadly, physical keyboards have mostly been replaced on smartphones with the on-screen keyboard. This has a slideout keyboard (slides out the bottom, not the side, so it's kind of narrow), which preserves all of that big screen for looking at. However, the keyboard has quirks - such as TWO shift keys, but NO devoted period - you need to alt-m to end your sentence, or two spaces. It's interesting that they allow certain gestures on the physical keyboard as shortcuts, such as swiping left to delete a word. My personal preference would've been a keyboard sliding out horizontally from the side - more keys, bigger keys, would be available. Sadly, they didn't ask me before designing it... :-) The one that I received had already been upgraded to Marshmallow, and is pretty responsive. The camera is not as instananeous as an iphone 6, but it's certainly faster than the old Samsung Kitkat that I had. I haven't used the Hub, which I think native Blackberry users would probably gravitate toward. Being a more recent release of Android, more apps work correctly on it than did on my Kitkat. So far, I haven't run into any serious issues with it. The "manual" that came with it was blurrily printed, just one large sheet folded into small sheets, so the website crackberry may become your go-to site if you buy one of these. A battery-saving tip - if you don't need 2G, turn it off! My battery life increased phenomenally after that.
