    Grandmama’s knife

    Anyone 50+ remembers the knives our grandparents had and this is one of the closest I’ve found. Just cut 17 steaks out of a whole ribeye and it still has a decent edge!!

    Great knife!!

    These Old Hickory's are great knives, made out of real steel not soft stainless. They do require about 2 minutes of care in cleaning, you can't throw them in sink for later, they rust. The factory edge sometimes isn't the best but they sharpen to a razors edge and hold it, if you don't have time to clean, oil the blade or know how to sharpen it? The food store variety is probably your best bet.

    Great old school knife

    I like the old school knives. I have been using them for about 50 years. I chop bones , cut meat and vegetables. Might use them to split kindling.
