Thanks for your testing and providing a detailed description.From the knowledge of chemistry, steel and nickel are similar elements, both can be sticked by magnet.The relative permeability of pure nickel is about 600 and steel is 2000~6000.So, pure nickel is also can be sticked by magnet, but the magnetic force is weaker than the steel. Hope you can understand.By the way, 10X0.2mm nickel strip can withstand MAX 24A current per square millimetre. Thanks
