I'm on the fence between neutral & negative. Bought leather seat bottom and it arrived defective (split seam). Returned for exchange, seller did not ship replacement until the original was received (even though their label was used and tracking showed enroute). When replacement was finally sent it was not expedited & took a long time to be received. Not real happy with the transaction and probably would not do business with them again.

    If it wasnt so labor intensive i would want a replacement because the seat came with a bad wrinkle in it due to stitching the material unevenly

    Pleasantly Surprised

    Wasn’t sure how this would look or how to install it. Ended up taking it to an upholstery shop for installation and they charged me $200. Turned out to be expensive but very worth it. The car looks amazing and the quality of the seat is amazing. Well worth the time and expense.
