I initially was upset because I waited five business days after payment before sending an email asking about shipment of my item. This was ignored for another three days, so I filed a complaint and got my money back. After another few days, my item arrived. I sent an email back of appreciation for them honoring the purchase and asked to be invoiced so they could receive payment.
