EOS Hot Shoe Cover
This is such a well designed product and eye catching to boot!! It works perfectly at its intended purpose, to protect my expensive cameras’s hot shoe from damage. It’s study and unique in looks and design….and the cost is far less than some other decorative ones that I priced, in fact I’d have paid twice the asking price and it still would have cost less than anything else I’ve looked at recently. The only hot shoe covers I’d ever seen in the past were made of flimsy plastic—this one is sturdy metal. It is a truly impressive addition to my camera and well worth the cost. I in fact purchased a second cover for my other camera the next day after receiving it! This is such a well designed product and eye catching to boot!! Solidly built and good to have on every camera.
Protects your hotshoe from damage and the hotshoe from causing damage. Not only does this prevent damage to your hotshoe in the event of impact, but if you own a large size DSLR or medium DSLR with a battery grip, this stops the hotshoe from rubbing against the inside of a camera backpack. I should know as I use Canon 1DS Mark IIs and Canon 5D Mark IIs with vertical battery grips.
