No refill instructions like advertised. I'm not sure if it was Ebay or the vendor that choose "Sendle" as a shipper but I can tell you from personal experience their tracking system needs some serious help. USPS was to be the delivery company and their tracking system is Great. USPS notifies you if you sign up for updates, all the steps from pickup to delivery. The package location(s) is accurately monitored and displayed, unlike Sendle.

Product not as advertised, not "NEW" in original packaging. In fact, item came in a box without ANY packaging. Seller ignored all emails regarding a return. Opened a return case, seller never provided the return label. Case expired and seller did nothing to make it right. Buyers beware.

I purchased a "box" with 2 cartridges in it, but when it came there was no box, just 2 separate cartridges. There was no expiration date on the foil packages, so there's no way to prove they were 10/2025 expiration dates. They could be outdated for all I know. I don't like false advertising! Send me what was described and pictured on ebay!
