This beautiful precious moment mug arrived today in perfect condition. Yes it was exactly as described and replaced one that was given to me that was accidentally broken. Thank you for the quick shipment.

Case arrived broken. Sent a pic and I told seller that I would try and glue the broken piece of acrylic back on and turn it against the wall so as not to be seen. (I thought that was rather nice of me, being that I spent $87 for the item). Also, I informed the seller that it was nearly 2” shorter than description but I would try to make it work with my dolls. Not a word from seller. Not a THANKS or a SORRY. Nothing. Three messages sent. No response. Very poor customer service.
